Masterman Publications Limited is one of the leaders in publishing in Ghana. The company was incorporated on February 17, 1994 under the relevant laws of Ghana and registered under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) as a Limited Liability Company.
The company, which started as a Printing Press and General Merchants, is now dedicated to the activity of making information available to the general public by preparing and issuing books and other readable materials for sale.
In our quest to accomplish our mission, we focus on the various publishing stages: development, acquisition, copy editing, graphic design, production and marketing.
With our main focus being educational books, Masterman has chunked success in publishing books which has been accepted and endorsed by the Ministry of Education as a standard for all public schools.
Masterman offers to schools quality text and story books as well as printing services and products at very reasonable prices. We distribute our books to all the regions in Ghana. You will also find most interesting our portfolio containing photos of all our publications and printed works.
Through the visionary leadership of management, Masterman Publications Limited now boasts of staff strength of Forty-five (45) comprising seven (7) in Management, five (5) in Office, six (6) in Sales & Marketing, twelve (12) in Production, seven (7) in Transport & Maintenance and three (3) in Security.

Management
He holds Masterof Arts in International Relations with Economics as major from International University of Japan and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Economics from University of Ghana, Legon. He has nineteen (19) years working experience in Commercial Printing and Publishing. He also worked in Japan as Stocks Controller for two years. The Managing Director also has several years experience in the sale of printing materials to big and large companies such as Graphic Group of Companies, New Times Corporation, Buck Press, Advent Press amongst others.
The Managing Director is responsible for the overall running of the organisation. He is in charge of establishing and developing long-tem goals and objectives for the organisation.
He is also responsible for the highest professional performance of the management body and gives approval on new appointments. He also has mandate of the discharge or exit of heads through appropriate administrative procedures. He represents or appoints others to represent the organisation at all levels with external bodies. The Managing Director recommends the appropriate reward levels and systems in the Company.
Esenam attended Ho Polytechnic and holds Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) and Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Stage III.
She works directly with the Managing Director in developing operational goals of the company. In addition she sees to the direct control and effective implementation of all operational duties of the Commercial Printing Department prior to her appointment, she worked in a Japanese firm in Japan as storekeeper for two(2) years and on her return established and managed stationery store for six (6) years.
