He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations, with Economics as major, from the International University of Japan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has nineteen (19) years of working experience in Commercial Printing and Publishing, and also worked in Japan as a Stocks Controller for two years. He has several years of experience in the sale of printing materials to large companies such as Graphic Group of Companies, New Times Corporation, Buck Press and Advent Press, amongst others.

The Managing Director is responsible for the overall running of the organisation, establishing and developing its long-term goals and objectives, and the professional performance of the management body. He approves new appointments, represents the organisation (or appoints others to represent it) with external bodies at all levels, and recommends the appropriate reward levels and systems in the Company.

Esenam attended Ho Polytechnic and holds a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) and Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Stage III. She works directly with the Managing Director in developing the operational goals of the company, and sees to the direct control and effective implementation of all operational duties of the Commercial Printing Department.

Prior to her appointment, she worked in a Japanese firm in Japan as a storekeeper for two (2) years, and on her return established and managed a stationery store for six (6) years.
